This project consists of a roundabout focusing on an entrance to the Newnan Centre. Not only beautifully designed but it was also devised to allow for a four lane transition for future planning in the event that Lower Fayetteville Road becomes a four lane. It will also alleviate the challenge of entering and exiting the Newnan Centre during events. This is extremely important when the Cultural Arts Center and the Newnan Centre have events simultaneously. This project has opened the Centre to visibility which will be a helpful tool for community awareness and is an attractive addition to this area. The funding source was SPLOST 2013.
