This project consisted of constructing restrooms in three City parks and the remodel of one existing. First Avenue, Greenville Street Park, and Ray Park are the locations for the newly constructed restrooms and the remodel of the existing facility is at Lynch Park. These facilities are much needed to add convenience to park goers and when events are held at these locations. The City has many local events, but in the past had no public restrooms. This can especially be a challenge for parents with small children. The funding source for the project is 100% SPLOST 2007/2013, and the projects were completed in 2015.
